“Great concept, really enjoying the different flavours! Can see this company has struggled with the influx since their TV appearance as my girlfriend had an extended wait for her first order. But from the press releases its clear a lot of the issues have been largely out of their control or down to poor advice. Overall, recommend you ignore the negative reviews about this business and try the 'invention' for yourself. Service was good for me, website is easy to use and got my order within 48 hours. P.S. Salted Caramel is by far the best!”

“I ordered 5 different flavours and found them all to be fantastic!!! The coconut flavour was insanely good - just the right amount of sweetness and coconut - and unfortunately was finished far too quickly in my household! I am aware that the company suffered some teething problems after their Dragon's Den appearance, but despite the wait for my chocolate I could not be more happy with my order and my partner has already put our next order in.”

“Absolutely wonderful chocolate. Pure perfection, Beautiful taste during the melting point, you know just at that point when you have to swallow and then it's sadly gone from your taste buds. The dark chocolate is my personal favourite and the coconut is a nice choice too. Low sugar, and all the rest, I'm now a VIP member, that says it all, the delivery I'm also very happy with, very fast and reliable, just a shame it can be a bit expensive though. “This chocolate is amazing - for the variety of flavours (Salted caramel my favourite) and the knowledge that it is a ‘good for you’ version of my not so secret vice! “As a diabetic it's great to have some chocolate that doesn't make your blood sugar go stratospheric. It tastes really good as well and a treat for the likes of us that cannot have the luxury of ordinary chocolate.”

“No - it doesn't taste like Cadbury Dairy Milk! It's not filled with additives! It's not filled with sugar! But if that's what you want then head straight to Tesco! , However...... If you care for your body and environment you know what to do....... This diabetic is one very happy little bunny who just can't wait for the new dark chocolate flavours.... ADORE the ginger!!”

“I am so impressed with Pure Heavenly Chocolate! I watched Stephen on Dragons Den and knew immediately that I wanted to support their family business and try all of their chocolate flavours. Yes, of course, the chocolate tastes different, it's meant to because it's low in sugar and gluten-free. I was a chocoholic for over fifty years and some days my sugar-addicted cravings were out of control but it changed when I received my first shipment because a funny thing has happened.....I am no longer craving cheap sugar-filled chocolate and now eating Pure Heavenly!! I eat less and enjoy it more. This week I received my third delivery...a box of 8 large bars and they were posted through my letterbox??? how cool is that!! I love being a VIP customer and Abi in your customer service team is so lovely. Please keep doing what you are doing.....bringing us the best ever chocolate!! I am so grateful!!”

“I have purchased 7 different flavours. They were a gift, for my lactose & gluten intolerant daughter. I also posted some, to my Gluten intolerant sister in Italy. They both loved it, after years of trying various brands, this was definitely, the winner. They both liked EVERY flavour they tried. Only issue was, their partners, who are not intolerant, kept pinching some !!!! I have purchased again, and they were just as impressed, with the next orders. I have now recommended them, to the people I know, who have allergies. I will definitely continue to buy this chocolate.”

“What a lovely team of people. They've had ups and downs as any new business does, but give them a break! They were inundated with orders after dragon's den and did their very best to meet the huge demand that was put on to them. Maybe there were hiccups for some customers with regards to late orders etc. But people need to learn to have heart. These wonderful people are doing their best and improving all the time. I support this business and appreciate that they have done so much to try to rectify those early bumps in the road. Unfortunately some people are very unforgiving hence the low ratings on here. Now that the company are finding their feet let's try to move away from those issues in the early days and focus on the here and now! Delicious, healthy chocolate. Friendly, helpful staff. Passion, drive, determination, devotion and love goes into everything that this company does. I'm amazed at the innovative product that they are offering us. I think the selection of flavours are incredible. Some people seem to be expecting this product to taste just like dairy milk or other sugar filled brands. It's not going to! It's healthier, less sweet, less fatty tasting. But to truly appreciate the taste you have to take it for what it is and see that it is better for you and compare it to other low fat, low sugar foods. It's delicious compared to so many low sugar foods! And yes it is delicious as a chocolate bar in its own right but it is not going to taste the same as other chocolate brands. You have to appreciate and understand that to truly appreciate the taste of this product. I've been on a sugar free diet for 2 months and now being able to have these bars as my treat feels amazing! They are so tasty. I hope that better reviews come in soon because this company deserves more credit than they are currently getting. X”

“This rage of chocolate certainly has the right product name. It is truly heavenly. It is free of gluten, palm oil, sugar with a lot less sugar than other chocolate which makes it an environmentally friendly bar of chocolate. I bought some after seeing dragons Den for my husband and he thought it was the best chocolate he had ever tasted. It is truly delicious.”

“I love Heavenly Chocolate for a number of reasons and not all of them are related to the chocolate itself. I follow a keto diet and try to be a thoughtful inhabitant of the planet. This ticks those boxes, low sugar, keto-friendly ingredients, no palm oil and the wrapping is compostable and packaging has been steadily reduced to a really good minimum. The chocolate is delightful and I feel it is on par with the high-end chocolatiers, you know, the ones that make easter bunnies with a bell around the neck. The choice in flavours is really good, going from traditional to modern to cool and funky. I hate bananas I love the funky banana flavour bars. Customer service is brilliant. As a VIP I expect a certain number of bars in my monthly package, this month there was an error and I only received part of the order. I e-mailed and was responded to within 48 hours and I believe I have received the missed selections in the last 48 hours, (been unwell, not had energy to open any of my recent deliveries, thankfully I keep ahead with my subscription so I have a good selection on hand without having to open the new box yet) so I cannot fault the team at all. Lastly, I follow on FB and I love the funny memes and the family vids, such a rarity for a company to have that personal touch now.”

“I've tried all their flavours now and love them all. I do know they've had production problems and my own pre-Christmas order went missing. Once posted, as I'm assured that the order was, its out of their hands. But they have taken full responsibility and replaced the order at their expense. As for poor tasting chocolate, you have to be kidding. If you want to tick all the vegan, low-sugar, gmo free, etc, boxes there really is no alternative. I urge everybody to back this family concern whose motives are to provide 'healthy' chocolate that tastes great. I've already made my January order and as its Valentine's day coming up...”
