“I ordered this chocolate after seeing it on Dragons Den. I wanted something sweet that wouldn't have lots of calories in ( as I am trying to loose weight) and Heavenly was just the thing. It Is smooth, velvety and lovely tasting. Delivery and customers service is excellent, they make you feel special and can thoroughly recommend this product to anyone that wants a healthier chocolate using ethical ingrediants. The Mint flavour and salted caramel bars are particularly good. Go on give it a try. This chocolate is particulaly good for vegans.”

“Bought for a friend who has to avoid gluten, dairy and sugar but loves chocolate. With this one being low sugar and free from everything else she is enjoying this chocolate so much”

“I absolutely love the chocolate! I am a nursing mother and my son has a milk allergy and I thought I would not taste nice chocolate not being able to have dairy but this is delicious especially the mint chocolate. Customer service team are really nice as well as being good and quick in responses I would definitely recommend and would purchase again.”

“Heavenly Chocolate I am surprised at all the negative comments, but having been involved in several start ups myself I am perhaps a little more tolerant of the problems that can arise.I placed an order immediately after the Dragon’s Den programme and it took many weeks before I received my chocolate, but I was kept fully informed throughout and had the impression of a small team doing their utmost in a challenging situation. As to the chocolate, I ordered the salted caramel, the mint, and the coffee.The first two I found excellent, but the coffee to my mind had little real coffee taste.However to do this with very little sugar, and no palm oil, dairy, or soy, and gluten free, is a significant achievement, and it seems a little unfair to compare it with sugar laden traditional chocolate.If you want that go to the American owned Cadbury’s rather than supporting an innovative small British company. Wishing Stephen and the team every success.”

“Bought several flavours as Christmas gifts and sampled most of them. Delicious. All were lovely but my personal favourites were the salted caramel and the orange. Also welcomed by vegan family members and those trying to cut down on sugar. Delivery took just over 2 weeks which was as expected from the timescale given on placing the order - however, I ordered shortly after the Dragon's Den broadcast so I hit a very busy time period.”

“I purchased various bars of chocolate for myself and as Christmas presents for my sisters. I can honestly say it is the most smoothest and filling chocolate I have ever had. My sisters have said just one piece has felt like eating a whole bar of other chocolate and have been very impressed. I and they will definitely be buying more.”

“I dont know why this chocolate is getting bad reviews. To find a chocolate that tastes as good as this without dairy, gluten and soy free is amazing. Loved all the flavours and will definitely be stocking up again”

“Placed an order for advent calendars, which arrived within two weeks with no problem. My children are enjoying their treat daily and totally give them a thumbs up 👍. We were so grateful for someone to put the effort in to make a difference for children and adults who struggle with treats, so a BIG thankyou.”

“I am struggling to understand why there is any venom in remarks around delays with orders. I spoke to the MD personally when I asked how things were going with my order. He explained. I understood. A small business breaking news ground. An alternative chocolate with no sugar stands out entirely in the free from sector hence my interest. Production issues are inevitable in a small start up and i for one am glad to support as an early adopter if this product. The bars arrived and I must say I thought they were excellent. I’m especially fond of the fruit and nut. The advent calendars were really good and very well received as gifts by a few friends. Stephen Conway “breathes” this business. I’m happy to be patient and happy to recommend. Well done.”

“Tried this chocolate after seeing it on dragons den. Ordered straight away. It is fantastic. Especially as my twins if 9 have dairy intollarance. I have ordered all flavours 3 times now and love them. They are without a doubt the best chocolates I have ever tasted. And friends and family have tried and ordered from here also 5 star chocolate.”

“So, i don't really ever submit reviews, but i thought having read all of the not so good ones , I really should add my 2 penny worth. Yes , the initial delivery took absolutly ages, but give Stephen and his team give their due, they did keep sending me update emails and if you where prepared to wait and understand that the company has gone from trading in medium numbers to over night trading in massive numbers, there are going to be a few issues, which can only be expected. But i was kept in the loop during the whole process. Now on to the chocolate.... I LOVE CHOCOLATE !! I know what I like, I have eaten loads of different types over the years and I can honestly say that for me it is on a par with companies like Lidt and Hotel Chocolat. You really i couldn't tell (taste wise) that it was dairy free, gluten free , low sugar . A massive plus point is that it is also Palm Oil free!! I wish more companies would just leave it out or use an alternative. I do not buy this product becuase of any intolerances ( i don't have any) and I'm not particularly weight conscious either. I buy it becuase it tastes good . The fact I can buy it for family who are weight conscious and gluten intolerant is just great as i know that they are also enjoying a great product.”

“Do Heavenly Chocolate owners know that a new company in England, Pure Heavenly Chocolate, is the cause of the low ratings for Heavenly Chocolate? It's a pity that Heavenly Chocolate gets such a bad press because an English company has decided to use a very similar name. For anyone thinking of posting a bad review of Pure Heavenly Chocolate - this is not the same company.”

“Apologies for my previous review which, it turns out, was about Pure Heavenly Chocolate - a completely different company. Pure Heavenly are receiving an avalanche of bad reviews but appear to be doing all they can to remedy a faulty production process that resulted in so many disappointed customers. The jury's still out but as for Heavenly, the US company, I'd be happy to try their product if they'd like to send me some but, failing that, I've really no opinion at all as I've never tried it.”
