The modern and innovative answer to an estate agents, we’re the revolution that the property market needed. Here at Purplebricks, we’re still ‘proper’ estate agents, we just do things a little differently to benefit our customers. Our customers can’t get enough of this new way of selling, buying and renting property and praise the way we work after battling with the cons of traditional estate agents for too long. We know the world of property can be stressful, so all we’ve done is made it simple with great customer service and digital access to all the details and paperwork you need, 24 hours a day. Don’t just take our word for it as thousands of people each month leaving purplebricks reviews can’t be wrong. Amy Matthewman came to my address 2 Didcot Close Redcar to give my house a valuation. The service she provided was very professionally and methodical in every way. She explained everything in great detail and was very honest in her approach to potentially putting my house up with Purple bricks. She covered every aspect in selling my house and left me in no doubt putting my house up for sale with Purple bricks would be a very wise option.

All very straightforward booking viewing but got even better when we met your representative Mr Bryan Tyler. He made us feel completely at ease and his careful manner and friendly manner dealing with both ourselves and the owner of the property stood out. Think you should realise how lucky you are to have him on your team.

From the moment we met Ross Walker, our local property expert, his positive attitude gave us the confidence to put our home on the market. Ross's presentation of our home (photographs and description) was excellent. He was also available at any time for any questions we had. Now four weeks later we are a very happy couple.

Excellent service ..highly recommended We had Scott Copley as our representatives for Purplebricks..He was experienced and excellent in local knowledge..always available to answer any questions not only on line but personal as well We sold our house within 24hours and like other people a little bit wary of using an on line estate agen but would highly recommend it as you feel in control but supported about your propertty

I bought the seller used PB.I viewed the house, liked it, the seller and I agreed a price, In guess he told PB the seller and I informed each other of our soliciters names. They did their thing, PB not really involved. I had no agent. All very easy.

Stuart Kinge has been extremely helpful & patient with his advise to a us oldies whom are not up to date with today’s technology, we felt as ease & not pressurised to make decisions before fully understanding what we were going ahead with.. Success...we have received an offer of full asking price within 4 days. Thank you so much Stuart & we know you will be there for us until completion.

Sold my house through them. Came, gave the pitch, once I paid my house was worth less than the initially explained. Decided to price between what he recommended and what I thought, got way above that anyway (I still feel it was underpriced for the area). So they are just looking for a quick sale with little or no work on their side. The description copy pasted from a house down the road he had sold, which is nothing like mine (eg. modern kitchen when mine clearly needs renovating), totally unhappy with the photographs, almost every person that visited mentioned how much bigger and better it looked than in the pictures (I was hoping that the pictures would reflect reality, not better, not worse). Felt pushed to accept an offer, I wanted to show it for a full week, had a few offers on the table and a few more people interested in seeing it (first and second views). Positives, he did thoroughly check on the economic situation of people that put offers in, so the sale never fell through. He was always very responsive on the phone/message/email; any time, any day.

Purple bricks are a disgrace ,still marketing property for sale ,even being made fully aware that this property is jointly owned and has not the permision of one of the owners to be sold as it is part of a divorce settlment that has yet to be finalised ,this has been reported to the ombudsman, but they are still advertising this property on their website ,rightmove have taken it of theirs

I'd give 5 stars for Purple Bricks themselves; they found a buyer within 3 days but the problem was having to use their conveyancer. So began the nightmare: having to fathom how to use their website and how to upload lots of documents, visiting the site each day in order to obey new instructions etc. If you are very comfortable with IT, you'll probably be ok but if you're not, make sure you have someone who is able to nurse you through it. Be aware that once a buyer has been found, Purple Bricks have nothing more to do with sale. As for 'No fees' you pay a set fee, payable when the sale money comes through or in 9 months, whichever is the sooner. The fee is payable whether the property is sold or not. The fee for the sale of a property worth £212k was £1233. Much cheaper than elsewhere. Would I use them again? Probably.

Went through the sales process with them which was great. Simon and Anthea were super helpful and great to work with. Post-sale however PB are a nightmare! They provide a reactive service which means you will need to phone them in order for them to phone buyers solicitors to get an update. If they don't get an update they don't call you back to let you know. There is zero proactivity and even the post-sale support team confirm that they do not provide a proactive service. Unfortunately post sale I have had no contact from any one at PB. If you;re happy to save a few grand and do the chasing and managing the sale yourself then that's fine but it's not an easy process.

Have to repeat yourself every time you call- different people. You’re allocated a “case manager” but never get to speak to them. It’s more hassle than worth - pay cheap get a rubbish service! If you agree an offer - it goes to someone else. It’s a really stressful situation as it is. Save yourself some stress and have an estate agent where you can walk into their branch if you need to.

Paid up front, my father's "assisted living apartment" did not allow For Sale signs. My main grievance is that they stopped advertising the property immediately the first interested party presented themselves. I wanted it to be listed as "under offer" which would still allow other interested parties to consider the property. After months of inaction the party withdrew from the prospect and over the winter period nothing happened. I ended up with a smaller company who found a buyer at a sensible purchase price. Purple Bricks failed me.

Poor experience using PurpleBricks to sell 2 properties. For one they assigned a solicitors to the buyers who were totally incompetent. Initial work is fine with setup of adverts, but their local agents are not interested in any customer service after clinching the sale. Would not recommend them. They are cheaper than high street agents but you get what you pay for.
