“I called and spoke to customer service. I ordered some hard to find rack components. They came in Fast. about a week or so. I decided to order the same order again for another vehicle I have. I am waiting for that order to come in. Would I recommend ordering from Rack Attack H_LL ya. Very knowledgeable .”

“I had a great experience overall. I ordered my Thule raised rail foot pack by calling them up on the phone (imagine!). There was a mix up in the order (received a different model than expected) but it was straightened out over the phone and they shipped a replacement right away. Highly recommend.”

“I visited the store with a broken Thule buck rack. The Thule knob with lock no longer expanded the stem to prevent wobble. Alex, at the store, found the problem and replaced the knob immediately. He then made sure the other bolts and nuts were tight. Service was quick and pleasant. While waiting I looked at the racks in the store and was impressed with the variety and quantity of their selection.”

“The new piston pro X bike rack is amazing in ever aspect. Putting it together was extremely easy and well packaged. The overall rack is beefy and little heavy but gives you no doubt it will handle any bike. The LED lights are great as well.”
