“Just got off the phone with Kyle at Rack Attack Framingham - he did exactly what I was hoping he would: he oriented me to the options, was super clear and efficient in communicating them, and advised me on some different ways to go. The conversation took just about 20 minutes, and that included payment and scheduling the installation. And all that happened on a busy Sunday afternoon in December! Kyle was the consummate professional - he knew his stuff, and that made everything very clear and the (big) purchase as comforting as it could be. Looking forward to my new Thule roof system and storage pod.”

“Shout out to Brandon and Derrick at Rack Attack Charlotte for helping out with a BAKFlip MX4 for my 2021 GMC 2500HD. I ordered it on 12/7 (a Saturday), and it was installed on 12/12. The fit and finish are exactly what I expected. ALSO, the guys hit it out of the park with their customer service. I found them to be very personable and professional, and I think you will too. FYI, The store is pretty cool too!”

“Within two days of purchasing a set of Yakima Sightline towers, I received them. I assembled the first three towers and noticed that the fourth tower was missing several parts. I contacted customer service, and within a day and a half, before I even sent back the other pair, they had shipped me a new set. The customer service was exceptional, and the expedited assistance was greatly appreciated.”

“I've been thinking about a cargo box for some time now. Rack Attack had a great Black Friday sale so I pulled the trigger and purchase a Thule Pulse 613. The purchase was smooth and delivery was quick. The cargo box arrived in perfect condition. Love it!”

“I purchased a Roll n Lock retractable truck bed cover from Rack Attack in St Louis Park for my F150. Good price and a quick ship to the store. For convenience, I chose to have the shop doing my spray in bed liner elsewhere do the bed cover install at the same time. Unfortunately, those guys were unable to properly line up the end of the cover with tailgate and left a gap that leaked when it rained. They had no other ideas and their only solution was to tape in some temporary weather stripping. Not good. Rack Attack was happy to take a look. The guys quickly figured out the problem and came up with a durable long-term solution that works perfectly. What did I learn? #1: Purchase your truck accessory / rack from the Rack Attack shop. They will stand by the product. #2 Have the guys at the shop install it so it gets done right the first time. Thank you, Rack Attack, for a great product and great service.”
