“Called about a Thule ski rack, which I go from Amazon, but had their ski shop on the box. The ra k did not fit my bars. Even though they did not seel me the ski rack, they took the time to help me find the part I needed. Much appreciated!!!”

“I bought Thule Wingbars from another business and they came in a package that appeared to have already been opened. Upon inspection of the contents - parts were broken and bars damaged. Rack Attack had what I was looking for and the product shipped and arrived as promised. Shipping package was in great condition and contents in new, undamaged condition. Thank you”

“Was very happy to see I could order a new key for only $4.80 for my cargo carrier. I wasn’t happy that I paid $15.00 for UPS, it was supposed to get to me within a few days, but was the following week before I received. It was the week before Christmas so it was probably an overload. Not Rack Attacks fault I wouldn’t think. I truly appreciate knowing Rack Attack could send me another key. It would have been impossible to get what all I needed in my CR-V without the luggage carrier. Thank you RA!”

“I found my thule parts i needed very easy on web site, ordered them and paid for expedited delivery, and it all worked out as promised. My only criticism is i never received an invoice. I received an email right away with the shipping number but no invoice. I over ordered one item and need to return it. I will call. To get the return information. I would order from rack attack again.”

“I ordered a Thule bike rack from a Toyota dealership in June....gave up waiting in December. Ordered a Yakima rack from Rack Attack in Mississauga, it was delivered to my door 3 days later, in a pandemic. Plan on getting a kayak rack there next!”
