“Recently I purchased from Rack Attack few Yakima items and some of them were not available in the inventory. “Keys were exactly what I needed and work perfectly. Only draw back is to order 2 keys, they charge you double postage. I'm sure with the weight of the key and being in one envelope, the postage did not double. Still worth it to have 2 keys for my "over the hill, yet in excellent shape" cargo carrier.”

“Order was processed and shipped very quickly. Customer service was excellent. Tyler in Portland was super friendly. My order was shipped from the Pasadena store, and unfortunately they shipped the incorrect key and didn't have the one I needed. They did refund the full amount paid, including the 2dn day air shipping fee. Even though they were not able to fill my order, based on the service received, I would give them another try in the future.”
