“Rack Attack Atlanta and Austin were extremely accommodating and understanding when my online order did not process correctly. Both stores worked together to make the order correct and shipped my gear from one store to the other making for a simple transaction. Their prices and gear selection are incredible and customer service is exemplary. Will shop them again!!”

“I've never had a better online shopping experience. The entire rack kit on the website was so easy to understand. I tried other sotes and called other places...they all confused me. One place I called (they sell and install racks lol) actually said they've never seen a roof rack on a truck and tried to make me feel dilly for asking lol. I was mansplained at every turn. When I called Rack Attack, they answered all my questions and were so easy and normal to talk to. The price was amazing and shipment came really fast. Even the little thank you note and where to find locks and keys with a smiley face. The rack system itself is awesome. Truck looks like a real truck now. Thanks!! Definitely 10/10.”
