“The purchasing process was simple enough. Since I was using crossbars that I already owned, to fit on my EV6, I got a prompt question from RA that there may be an issue with using 53CM crossbars rather than 50CM, but I assured them that I thought it would work out, and they processed my order. It all worked fine.”

“Jordan C of the online crew got back to me very quickly when I needed a single lock core. I had asked for a specific numbered lock core and he was quick to source such a unit. He did locate such a numbered core lock at the Mississauga store and let me know that it had no accompanying keys. JordanC informed me that they (Rack Attack) are reluctant to sell a lock core without ANY keys, but I assured him, I had 2 spares at home. All good. The lock core arrived almost overnight. Imagine my surprise. I had to drill out the existing stuck key in the older lock core and I was a bit enthusiastic during that somewhat successful process. I say "somewhat" because I compromised the soft metal/aluminum by drilling a bit too far. During the installation process, I was a few millimetres from touchdown. I immediately drove to the Vaughn store where their staff educated me on my errors. The Vaughn store crew sorted me out and I was able to achieve total installation satisfaction even if the lock core is canted to the left (kinda like the NDP). LOL. Weak attempt at some humour. It's been a most pleasant transaction / dealing / experience with Rack Attack. I'm a Thule fan boy and I will be back!! All the Best!!”

“I'm a moron and ordered the wrong kayak rack for my car. After delivery I realized the mistake and rack attack fixed my error and even gave me the sales price on the new rack despite the sale being over. It is rare to get customer service like this from an online company. Most companies match price online but you will be hard to find one that has better customer service than rack attack.”

“On my last visit, I didn’t actually purchase anything but got great advice from one of the associates whose name I unfortunately do not remember. I had ordered a new mounting kit for my 25+ year old Thule cargo box online and after that, came into the store to look into alternative roof-top bike mounts. The options presented did not make sense for now but I was so pleased with the service I got that I will be back again when I’m ready to upgrade.”

“This place is awesome. I had a conversation with Atlanta NE expressway Manager Payton this week and he said to come on in on Saturday, today, when he was working, so I did. Man, I had no Idea this place had all of the cool 'overland' type gear and accessories that they do. I'm not sure of anywhere else in Atlanta that has the selections. If you are in need of any outdoor/overland/camping type gear, get yourself over there and check them out!!! You wont be disappointed.”

“I purchased my Yakima cargo box & rack system from Rack Attack Boston in April 2021. The staff was very polite & knowledgeable. I bought it just prior to leaving on a yearlong, tent/car camping roadtrip. I drove 17,000+ miles, across 32 states. The cargo box was great because it gave me extra room in my car for me & my dog. When I returned from our adventure, I went back to Rack Attack to have the rack tightened & adjusted. They were very busy, but managed to fit me in. Thank you! I highly recommend Rack Attack Boston & this cargo box system. Over 2 years later, I'm still using it & it's like new.”

“Had a very old Yakima rack for previous car. Rack Attack helped me order just the replacement pieces I needed to fit the old rack to our new car. Rack fits great and I was able to save some money :-)”
