“Rack Attack has provided an impeccable customer experience from initial ordering, all the way through ensuring I was satisfied with my order. Unfortunately, the roof rack crossbar system I had ordered was dented/damaged in transit, however, Rack Attack worked with me on finding a solution to the issue and made everything super streamlined and stress-free. “Ever since I found Rack Attack, I have been purchasing all my Thule products from them. They located for me key locks that have the same code as my previous products and made the switch for me. Its great having 1 key that functions for all my Thule products. My most recent purchase is a trailer hitch double bike rack. Perfect fit and its has the lean down feature so I can still open my tailgate.”

“I knew the box I wanted, specifically to match the color of my SUV, but wasn’t sure of the size. Headed in and chatted with the knowledgeable folks at Rack Attack, and made the perfect decision! We tried some options and landed on the perfect fit. Next time we are in the market, I will for sure, head back and work with them again!”
