“Good day although one set of hooks was not sent right away a quick call and it made it on time for our trip. Took a bit to install that would be attributed to night shift change over. Once I got all the minor details in place all good now”

The entire team is terrific ---energetic, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. A shout-out especially to Rack Attack Team member Sam, who today quickly and expertly diagnosed and dealt with a problem I discovered with my new Thule Apex Swing bike rack. Bam! Done!
