“Quick shipment of needed items. Everything arrived in great condition. I decided not to use one of the add-on elements so I called Rack Attack. They were fabulous about me returning the part at their expense and made it easy for me to use Fedex shipper rather than their usual UPS for return. Super good service.”

“It was easier to find the relevant information about specific Thule product and videos at the Rack Attack site then on the Thule site. Shipping was fast. Great experience. Also I have managed to find at Rack Attack the Aeroblade end-cap that fell off my cross-bar. Great to have the local store that handles all we need for our roof-rack system”

“Rack was delivered as described. I installed it myself. Reasonably straightforward. Took 2 hours. I've had 2 prior racks on 2 trucks, both Yakima. This new one is beefy. And I like the ladder stops for the end of the bars.”
