“I had not ordered from Rack Attack in the past but I kept coming across them in my research for a new bike rack for my car. I was very pleased with the website, the customer service, and with the speed of shipping. They even matched up all of the locks for me (may not be a big deal to most, but glad to see good thoughtful customer service is still alive).
