“Although the items I wanted were out of stock, I was able to contact Rack Attack, who then was able to determine which stores had the items I wanted. Contacted the stores directly and was able to get my items quickly. As for the Gator Pro - I like it a lot. Much easier to install than a 2 bike hitch rack and kept the bikes more stable in my truck bed.”

“Arrived in about a week - Ottawa to Calgary - assembled the rack in about an hour - all required tools included. Very happy with the feel - took it out on a trial run - easy to load / unload - 1 smaller eBike - 1 XL size dual sport Trek - works very well - very satisfied at this point.”

“We love our Kuat Sherpa 2.0 bicycle rack & the fabulous customer service we received from Rack Attack. We received our order quickly which is quite the exception with many online retailers. We received our rack in 2 days with free shipping. I shop online regularly & the excuses & delays from other companies during this Covid ordeal have been frustrating. Rack Attack was different. They delivered & their service is superior. Thank you so much!”

“Dear Rack Attack, You guys had best price I could find online and had inventory. Unit arrived promptly. However, shipping box was quite beat up and the back of the unit has a small dent. Also was disappointed that Rack Attack did not stock the protective cover, which I had to order elsewhere and pay additional shipping charges”
