“Wow, the delivery of my product was insanely fast like, Ottawa to Montreal the next day. Also, I later called to ask for some tech support on the installation of my trailer hitch and I got exactly what I wanted quickly and efficiently. Yay, Rack Attack”

“Easy to talk to a real person on the phone. Helpful in identifying the numbers on the lock as they had worn off. Quick delivery, although kind of expensive, but worth it. Overall good customer service, friendly, and quick response time.”

“Great customer service. This was my first purchase of a hitch mounted platform bike rack. Chris at the Vaughan store was great in both timely responses to email and answering all the question fully from a new purchaser. He was great in helping me pick the right rack with a balance of quality, versatility and price. Due to covid, I eventually ordered online with home delivery. The ordering system was easy to use and the rack arrived in just a few days to my doorstep.”

“I inadvertently lost the key to my Thule hitch bike rack. I found Rack Attack via Google when searching for how to find a replacement key. The Rack Attack replacement key instructions were simple to follow and the order process went very smooth (taking less than a five minutes). My replacement key arrived much earlier than I expected.
