“I have purchased 7 Yakama products from Rack Attack over the last few years. The policy for trading in new locks has been generous. This has changed. The last product I purchased for just south of $750, when I asked if the lock could be changed to match my other 6 products that I own, I was told the policy had changed and that I wanted to do that i would have to pay an additional $50.00. I almost choose not to purchase. Policies change, but I am disappointed with the lack of customer service.”

“Only 2 of 3 components have arrived 10 days post order. I will have to purchase the final component from another retailer in order to get it in time for my pending trip. UPS is non-responsive so I don't know if the rails will ever arrive”

“I ordered the Kuat Transfer V2 1 bike hitch mount rack. The rack was out of stock and an online search indicated that the rack was out of stock on the Kuat website and not available from any other site. However, Rack Attack responded to my order within 48 hours and offered 2 other suggestions. After some dialogue, I decided to keep my order in the queue. In less than 2 weeks I received an email indicating the rack was on the way and the next day it was at my door. I was very pleased with the service provided by Rack Attack and their ability to get the rack in a very timely manner.”

“You guys were great no issues with you at all. The manufacturer's product on the other hand was not good. After unboxing I noticed there were several dents on the tubing. When I tried to assemble the basket the tubing did not line up correctly I had to use a self-tapping screw to hold the basket together because one of the existing screw holes did not line up correctly. I also noticed the back basket tubing was crooked. For the amount of money that I paid for it, I should have received a better quality product. My advice for potential buyers is to stay away from Yakima.”
