“I never received an email that product had shipped. Somehow product was shipped without a street included so Canada post couldn’t deliver. I eventually got package by going to post office.”

“This rack is top notch and is made with such high quality parts that I could pass it down to my son one day years and years from now. Not that I know whether he would need it or even have his own by then, but this is to illustrate that the rack most certainly will still be around and working well if taken care of. On a shorter note, it is super easy to use, and the box comes with everything you need for two bikes (assuming the hitch is already installed on your vehicle).”

I have come to rely on them for my trailer, truck bed ladder racks, cross bars, and, recently, fishing rod holders. They have awesome staff to help you. “Dealing with RA was a breeze. The bike rack arrived early and was in fine condition. I got the RockyMounts Monorail 2 and had an issue fitting the rack into the receiver but that's a manufacturer issue. RA did their part flawlessly”

“It was relatively easy driving from Ben Lomond to your facility. The insulation was a bit more pricey than I had expected since it was previously installed. The installation was efficient while I waited and I was on my way in about 45 minutes.”

“Great service and Support! Online website is easy to use to help identify the correct rack for your car. I ordered a roof rack and one of the pieces was malfunctioning. The customer service at Rack Attack was incredible! I spoke with Justin C. who answered me almost immediately and took care of replacing the issue right away. The new piece shipped very quickly and I was able to use my equipment with almost no delay. Thats what I call customer service! Thanks to Justin and the Rack Attack team for making this a hassle free experience. A+ service! Very happy customer!”
