“I've been using Rack Attack for my Thule bar, Thule accessories, and Thule luggage box needs for over a decade over 4 different family cars. The onsite staff at my local store (Pasadena, CA) has always been very customer service-oriented answering questions regarding outfitting and installation. The online site is great for sizing up what equipment works with my vehicles and making those purchases. I've always had a great experience with Rack Attack.”

“The good and the bad. The good is that the Thule roof rack is very good, sturdy, and assembles intuitively. The bad is that the people who fill the orders have probably never installed a roof rack. I ordered the entire kit for my new vehicle. But the mount parts I received did not look like the photos. I contacted rack attack three times, stating that I thought I had the wrong mounts. I was assured that I had the correct parts. But neither person really heard what I said, and just looked at the part number on the order form, which was the correct number, though not what I had received. I finally sent in photographs which confirmed that I had received the wrong parts. Of course they were replaced. If the helpdesk really knew the product, this would’ve been solved the first time I called. (But the roof rack should get five stars.)”

“Been almost a month and still haven’t gotten my product. Arrival date keeps getting pushed back. They send me this email to rate the product I never got. Horrible Update: I got my product…1 month later. I do have to say, Matt was on it and kept in contact. Refunded my shipping cost. It was nice to have someone that checked on it without me having to. Overall, good company. I wouldn’t buy from them if shipping to Hawaii though. Slowest shipping I ever had”
