“I had an issue with my Thule rack and I called your store in Framingham, MA. The guy I spoke with on the phone could not have been more helpful. He was able to figure out what I needed and ship the part directly to me in time for our family vacation - which just happened to be a very short timeline. Excellent customer service. Very friendly ans helpful staff. Also super efficient. I. Wish we had a Rack Attack in DC as I would shop there every time after such a great experience. Thank you!!”

“They were awesome to deal with. I need a one bike add-on, they had it in stock but turned out to be the wrong finish. I spoke to them, returned the original on their dime and they just exchanged it for the proper one which they just got in and even had a price difference that they refunded me. Excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“The Thule 300R Rain Gutter "Low" option has been impossible to find currently. Rack Attack had them in stock and were shipped out the same day as ordered. They arrived in perfect condition and were installed with the new Wing Bars on my new Jeep Wrangler. Very happy with Rack Attack and Thule Products.”

“I recently had a critical fail on a AC to DC power converter I needed to charge the battery pack to power my portable cooler/freezer while on the road. I contacted Rack Attack who I bought all of the original products from early last year. Despite the warranty having expired on the converter, the rep arranged to have the part replaced under warranty notwithstang, if Dometic would agree. Dometic agreed, and I was blown away by the superb service I received from Rack Attack and their representative Mike. When the time comes, I will definitely do business with this company again. Solid customer service that goes beyond. Thank you!”

“Online chat with a customer rep was great. The rep(sorry I forgot his name) took time to gather all requisite information and carefully investigated the parts required for the roof rack in question. Then he populated my cart with all the parts I needed. All I had to do was check out. An excellent experience in every way. Thanks!”

“The cargo box arrived broken, however, Alex the customer service rep remedied the situation with lightening speed and had a new one sent out within a couple days with no hassle, while they figure out what needs to happen with the broken one. You don’t get this kind of customer service just anywhere. Rack attack has a new loyal customer. The products are dope, but the customer service is on another level.”
