“The woman who took my order was VERY helpful. I could not place the order on line, so she did it for me. They made a key for me from the code number and it was perfect. Fast delivery. I would go to Rack Attack for anything in the future that I might need that they deal with. Thank you!”

“Was reluctant as I never heard of rack attack before and knowing how covid affected the market. To find a rack available was almost to good to be true. Rack attack is legit, shipped in two days. What more could you ask for. As for the rack, some assembly is required but very easy. I drive an off-road rig with no sway bars so I get body roll with my truck and I also have off-roaded my truck with my bike in the rack. This rack is solid, especially for the price point. Don’t get caught up in the Thule name (or other yuppie brand names) save some money, buy rockymounts, ride your bike, drink beer and have fun!!”

“The staff at Rack Attack provided outstanding customer service. There was a mix up with my online order and I got multiple responses via email and phone within a couple of hours of contacting them. The problem was solved without any hassle and they followed up to make sure it all worked out. Upon receiving my order I asked to exchange the cross bars for a different model and they immediately helped me at their Ottawa location again without any problems. Can't stress enough how courteous and helpful the staff were at getting me set up. Would highly recommend this company.”
