“The man I talked to at Rack Attack was extremely helpful finding a rather hard to find part, making sure it was one that would adapt my J hook rack (I'd been given 3 different part numbers), and he explained how to do the retrofit. High marks for them!”

“Very helpful fellows leading up to my purchase. The Kelowna outlet had one of the two platform bike racks I had shortlisted and held until I could make a trip to Kelowna. Also had inventory of other parts, for example the Kuat rack dock. I later ordered a spare wheel chock for the my rack, which was also in inventory and shipped quite promptly.”
