“Great service though the cross bars were scratched when I took them out of the box. Not an issue, but I shouldn't have to pay that kind of money and receive marred equipment. When made aware of it, the team bent over backwards to make it right.”

“Excellent service, I felt like a very important customer even though my order was just 2 straps for my bike carrier. Also my bike carrier arrived with broken wheel, Rack Attack instantly sent a replacement part. I highly recommend this company. Very satisfied customer.”

“I got Rack Attack to install my Prinsu rack to my Toyota Rav4. They did an excellent job given the resources they had. I will say that some of my headliner and plastic interior has come loose, so I'm unsure if they put some things back properly. Besides that, I'm generally happy with the service. Thanks.”
