“Great customer service. Ordered a ski rack online for in-store pick-up. It wasn’t in stock so someone called within an hour of placing my order to have it shipped to me and received it before the weekend as needed!”

“Had my product in stock, shipped same day, and UPS got my package here in 3 days as expected. Had to call to verify ground shipping carrier, but service person was very helpful and clarified my ground service wasn't necessarily guaranteed, which I knew ahead of time.”
