“Rack Attack Boston was super helpful. First spoke to someone in Colorado and was basically told there was nothing they could do about our screws being too short for our ski rack. Boston got us squared away with new longer screws and even offered to find us ones they had laying around. Have always dealt w Boston and always will. We are repeat customers and the service is why we keep coming back!”

“I checked out a number of ski racks through various online companies - the model rack I was looking for was more than $100 cheaper at Rack Attack some other vendors. I was a bit nervous ordering (my first time), but received the rack within 48 hours of ordering and it's exactly what I was hoping for and what was advertised. I would absolutely recommend Rack Attack and will head there first next time I need any type of rack or carrying system.”

“I have problems with the rack. Does not fit a 2021 Subaru Outback. 2nd reply . you have now sent a second rack evidently unknowingly. Gave me a return label but UPS will not pick up unless I pay them. Rack box too large to handle. Factory evidently knows rack will not fit a factory hitch but yet you want pictures??”
