“It took over a month to get and the ends of the rack were damaged a little. I fixed it and made it work. Spoke with rep at Rack Attack and they made things right with me. I appreciate all there help.”

“Very fast shipping and customer service. Had a few issues but resolved without too much issue—I initially received an incorrect part but had the right one within 30 hours. Only real issue was one of my cross bars was bent on the end and I had to pry it back into shape to get the end caps on.”

“The Rack Attack store in Victoria, BC, has great customer service. There was a problem with my initial hitch and bike rack, but the team reached out to the supplier and followed through with the process to get both the hitch and broken piece of bike rack replaced. They were pleasant to deal with in all encounters.”

“Rack Attack was AMAZING and one of the best customer service experiences I have had! Evan at the Golden store came to my rescue in my need for a very small bike carrier part by going above and beyond the call of duty and personally checking on the part availability. With the part unavailable at the CO Springs store, that customer serviceman had recommended I check the other RA locations. Evan responded immediately and got it shipped right away with flawless service! On top of that, he was extremely kind, courteous, efficient, and I knew that customer satisfaction was his goal. He succeeded in epic style and performance! I would highly recommend Rack Attack to anyone! Thank you, Evan, and all at Rack Attack!”

“Happy with purchase & solution for my van conversion solar rack. Quick delivery. The original salesperson from Chicago I called left me hanging for a week , which kinda sucked, then I called back with some guy from Minnesota that helped which was great.”
