“The shipping cost on my small order was almost the cost of the item itself but I paid it to get it done. When the item finally arrived the post office wouldn't deliver it without my paying the shipping cost AGAIN. Apparently it had been packaged wrong. I refused it. When I called to get this resolved I was told I'd have to call the store that the online site had ordered it from, etc. etc. What a waste of my time. Eventually I convinced the guy to just refund my $$.”
