“The site was easy to navigate, found the picture of my car roof reassuring that I was buying the right product. The order arrived within 3 days. Product installation on my vehicle was pretty straight forward with all the right parts etc..”

“Very knowledgeable company. Spent a lot of time helping me select a bike rack. I received the bike rack in a day. It did not work out this time because the electric bike is very large and heavy. Very difficult for us to hold the bike and secure it. The rack itself was very well made. The bike itself was just to heavy for us to lift and secure. Rack Attack are definitely on the top of my list next time I need a bike rack.”

“I purchased the Saris Superclamp ex 2. Rack attack price matches and gave me the same price as Amazon which is very convenient. Shipping was super fast. Unfortunately the rack was missing a very important bolt to put the rack together. These things happen to all kinds of products ordered online so no big deal. I contacted Rack attack and they immediately contacted Saris. New bolts are in the mail! Excellent service from both Rack attack and Saris”
