“Placed smart watch in cart for purchase, due to personal emergent situation did not finalize purchase. Next morning attempted to complete the online purchase, to find price was significantly higher. Called (3x) CS number during business hours, received message stating they were closed.
Called next morning to request help. CS stated "sorry, they were not able to offer the watch at the cart price because the sale ended".
Nice way of saying, sorry about you're luck.
Lesson learned... don't have personal emergencies.
Going elsewhere with my $900.

“6 weeks since my order and still nothing has shipped and no follow up on when I should expect it. The very same item is still listed for sale on the site with 'In stock and ready to ship!' shown in the description. When calling support, it usually disconnects on hold after a few minutes. Find another place to buy from. There is no shortage of competition.”

I ordered a phone holder for my Stages cycle bike on 3/7/21 I waited two months for the item to arrive only to have the wrong item shipped (thanks for the paper weight). I emailed to receive a blanket response a few days later, apparently the wrong item was shipped to a number of folks that ordered the same item. The email stated they would ship out the original and intended item in 2-3 weeks, that was on 4/19/21 so going on another two months and I still have not received the item I ordered. My last two emails have received no response, I would highly encourage anyone reading this to order elsewhere unless you like waiting 4+ months for your item to arrive, and who knows if I will ever actually receive this...”

“Bought the Air C plus heat air compression and leg massage. There is no leg massage at all. It just pumps up with air and deflates like a blood pressure cuff. I now want to return it and I am going to be charged a 20$ restocking fee and need to pay for shipping. This is why people go through Amazon! Not impressed and the "Leg massage" doesn't exist. Total false advertising.”

“I purchased the Stages SC2 bike and received it 2/12/2021. It arrived damaged. I sent photos and details to Recover for Athletes customer service. Today is March 19, 2021 and the bike is still not usable. RFA customer service is elusive at best. The shrugged it off to Stages for them to handle it, but didn't set up a ticket or just didn't actually contact them when they said they did until weeks after I informed them of the damaged bike 2/12. Did Recovery for Athletes offer me any assistance? No. Did they offer me a discount or replacement? No. As of today I've been contacted by Stages Cycling and the parts are being sent to a tech who will install them--henever that will be. This was my first, and now last purchase from Recovery for Athletes. “Although I received most of a new Neon Pro V Rowing Machine in a flimsy, plain cardboard box, Recovery for Athletes (RFA) did not recognize this was a problem! My husband with PD needed a rower at home ASAP, so I just took photos and assembled it for him, hoping it would work. It did, so no one at RFA cared if someone else had once owned it and that his First Degree Fitness (FDF) USA distributor had shipped it to us without its original box. Even the 2 accessories that came in the big box with the rower parts were obviously returned items! No one cared but me. I expected much better customer service - from both companies. I am too cautious to ever knowingly take such a big risk by purchasing returned gym equipment, especially when poorly packed for shipping. I do not appreciate that risk being forced upon me by RFA and/or FDF. I received no explanation or apology from either. Since neither company accepted responsibility, it could happen again to someone else. Therefore, I will never do business with or recommend RFA (or FDF) to anyone. If I had more time, I’d report this matter to the BBB for how it was almost totally ignored.”
