“The voucher didn't cover the cost of the meal it said it would. There was no small print to indicate this would happen, and they refused a refund or to cover the difference on the basis that if I chose something that I didn't want it would cover the price of it. If they had said the voucher will only cover the amount at the vendor that you paid for the voucher I wouldn't have bought it.”

“Sent a package on 21st Dec paying extra delivery charge of £8.50 for delivery before Christmas. Although I understand there may have been problems with deliveries before Christmas, your Order Tracking system is absolutely useless because it gives no other information than that I have placed an order, which I know anyway. To date (26/12/20) I still have no other information as to where my order is in the "system" or its likely delivery date. Please don't fob me off with "well, its Christmas!!" else what did I waste £8.50 on? Thank you for a swift & comprehensible reply.”

“I would give less stars if poss .. I bought a spa day voucher as a present last Christmas 2019 then we had lock down no spa open I understand phoned to change to something we could do ... well get back to you ...they didn't... phoned again there not honouring voucher .. a complete waste of money an empty present and open theft from a big company Do not use ever flush good money down toilet for same satisfaction”

“Placed an order, received confirmation and was advised I'd receive confirmation when despatched. 5 days later no notification received still and emailed to find out when it would be despatched as it was a birthday gift, not had any response to my email. “Received as a present for our wedding have struggled since 2018 to book anywhere to go as the companies do not get back to you when you ask them if they have availability for particular dates - how are you supposed to book anywhere? Asked for a refund was told not possible use it for Christmas presents for people! Haven’t spent any of it on ourselves - voucher runs out in July & obviously we’re not going to be able to use due to the virus which I would class as exceptional circumstances and still will not refund! Ruined our wedding present, more than happy to take your money but customer service is shocking I would recommend using a different company if you want to purchase a special experience for your friends or family”
