Only gave one star because wouldnt let me right a review without one. Ordered on sunday for half term break it is now Friday eve and as yet no voucher recieved. Half term is now over and we are back to work on Sunday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a high tea request last week Monday 27th for my daughters birthday to arrive for 29th Sept it’s Monday 4th Oct today, it’s been a full week and my daughter has still not received it. So disappointed. Please can someone contact me to let me know when I would receive this.

I ordered the theatre tickets. Spent £250 on 2 premium tickets for lion king but when I tried to book the tickets it was another £95 each making the tickets much more expensive than going direct to the theatre to book them. I’ve tried to contact Rex letter days twice and despite being told it’s being looked into, nobody has come back to me! Very disappointed and a waste of £250 as I now can’t use them.

as i have already commented, we were bought an afternoon tea for two gift on the basis that the location was a short drive away. This location is not now using Red Letter.. So, we tried the next choice on the website ( as told this was kept up to date ( this was 72 miles away )..called them but surprise surprise they no longer use Red Letter Days !! please can you supply me with a full up to date list of possible venues to my location of FY5 2QE . Otherwise I wish a FULL refund. Your info says 440 Venues ! well so far only a possible 438 Venues .. Very Very dissapointed !!!!!!! S Cole

The reason that this gift was chosen for us was for the 1 location locally. Once received the location no longer works so we now have to travel over 50 miles for an afternoon tea ! Dissatisfied & disappointing

What a rip off - wanted to use my £100 voucher towards an overnight hotel break. Red letter days wanted an additional £134, making total room cost £234. I checked with booking.com and the price for the same room was £144. So for every £100 voucher they sell you they are making £90 profit. N wonder they come in such fancy packaging.

The website is really poor for finding options, no hyperlinks to hotels or anything that might make it easier to look at the hotel options etc. Once booked, (having done a lot of extra searching on other tabs myself for basic info that redletter days could provide) I got no confirmation email. Called customer service, 12th in the queue, I requested a call back, they resent the email. Called the company to use my voucher, and the phone is dead, so potentially not in business any more? Tried searching for other options to contact the hotel, but none available. Called Red letter days, 40th in the queue this time.

Hi there, I unfortunately work 8-6pm so cannot contact you with my problem. I ordered a red letter voucher for a restaurant but the email did not have the full voucher on and I have no means of contacting you. I’m happy to change my rating to 5 star once this is sorted. The £90 has left my account but the email didn’t include the voucher. Many thanks, Josh

I booked afternoon tea at Marcos Italian Southwark. This was a birthday surprise for my partner . I have tried relentlessly to book the experience both by email and phone, to no avail. Not even an acknowledgment of my queries. Very disappointed, but also now I have limited time left to book an alternative birthday surprise.
