Very difficult to contact, long call waiting times and Worst of all they sent the surprise info info to my daughter instead of to myself who paid for the treat. Not much of a surprise now! Overall pretty much of a disaster.

A friend bought us a meal for two so we tried to book it, however you can’t use the “experience” from the 13th of of December till the 2nd of January or any holidays. Just feel like a second class citizen using a coupon. Not sure I will use it knowing this, shame because had my friend just paid the restaurant instead of read letter we could go whenever.

Placed an order, apparently order didn’t go through even though payment was taken. Didn’t get notified till I called. Was emailed to say refund was given but no option to sort what I actually wanted. So went to virgin experience instead!

I ordered x 2 Red Letter days for the Fawlty Towers Dining Experience. I have received the 'Gift Boxed' option but not the order for the e-ticket yet. Also, on your website it states the voucher will be valid for 12 months. On the actual voucher it states - Valid for 6 Months. I have tried to extend it on your website but it states - NOT Available. It will be impossible for the 4 of us to be able to attend by April that is why I specifically purchased to have the 12 month option. Can you help please?

You are selling by deception. You advertise venues that you can’t book days with. I booked a spa day and afternoon tea for brands hatch dartFord to find out they only do the spa bit and not afternoon tea. So we paid for a voucher we can only use half of

This experience is one of our package deals therefore you receive 2 vouchers to use separately which are booked individually with the suppliers. This is advised at the time of purchase under the ‘What do I need to know’ Prior to purchase, you can view the locations of each product by the colour coded pin points on the map. I will however, pass your feedback onto our marketing team so please rest assured that your comments have been logged and will be helpful in this review process. Purchased an afternoon tea voucher as a thank you gift only to find out from my friend that the voucher was not valid. They phoned the venue who said the offer had been withdrawn. This was very embarrassing for me to have caused my friend unnecessary faff. Received an apology and refund from RL but I will not take the chance of purchasing from them again.

As our vouchers are valid for such a long time, there are occasionally things that happen over the course of its validity that are beyond our control that will mean a voucher can no longer be used at a specific location. Apologies for any embarrassment caused once again.

Only gave one star because wouldnt let me right a review without one. Ordered on sunday for half term break it is now Friday eve and as yet no voucher recieved. Half term is now over and we are back to work on Sunday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a high tea request last week Monday 27th for my daughters birthday to arrive for 29th Sept it’s Monday 4th Oct today, it’s been a full week and my daughter has still not received it. So disappointed. Please can someone contact me to let me know when I would receive this.

I ordered the theatre tickets. Spent £250 on 2 premium tickets for lion king but when I tried to book the tickets it was another £95 each making the tickets much more expensive than going direct to the theatre to book them. I’ve tried to contact Rex letter days twice and despite being told it’s being looked into, nobody has come back to me! Very disappointed and a waste of £250 as I now can’t use them.

as i have already commented, we were bought an afternoon tea for two gift on the basis that the location was a short drive away. This location is not now using Red Letter.. So, we tried the next choice on the website ( as told this was kept up to date ( this was 72 miles away )..called them but surprise surprise they no longer use Red Letter Days !! please can you supply me with a full up to date list of possible venues to my location of FY5 2QE . Otherwise I wish a FULL refund. Your info says 440 Venues ! well so far only a possible 438 Venues .. Very Very dissapointed !!!!!!! S Cole

The reason that this gift was chosen for us was for the 1 location locally. Once received the location no longer works so we now have to travel over 50 miles for an afternoon tea ! Dissatisfied & disappointing
