“I have still not received my red letter, I think there should be a quicker or better delivery system in place. I have now missed the day for a 40th present.”

“The voucher didn't cover the cost of the meal it said it would. There was no small print to indicate this would happen, and they refused a refund or to cover the difference on the basis that if I chose something that I didn't want it would cover the price of it. If they had said the voucher will only cover the amount at the vendor that you paid for the voucher I wouldn't have bought it.”

“Sent a package on 21st Dec paying extra delivery charge of £8.50 for delivery before Christmas. Although I understand there may have been problems with deliveries before Christmas, your Order Tracking system is absolutely useless because it gives no other information than that I have placed an order, which I know anyway. To date (26/12/20) I still have no other information as to where my order is in the "system" or its likely delivery date. Please don't fob me off with "well, its Christmas!!" else what did I waste £8.50 on? Thank you for a swift & comprehensible reply.”

“I would give less stars if poss .. I bought a spa day voucher as a present last Christmas 2019 then we had lock down no spa open I understand phoned to change to something we could do ... well get back to you ...they didn't... phoned again there not honouring voucher .. a complete waste of money an empty present and open theft from a big company Do not use ever flush good money down toilet for same satisfaction”

“Placed an order, received confirmation and was advised I'd receive confirmation when despatched. 5 days later no notification received still and emailed to find out when it would be despatched as it was a birthday gift, not had any response to my email.
