“The customer service department has been terrible. There is no one that you can contact by phone and the staff lied, stating that they had sent emails that they had not. I would not recommend this company to anyone buying a gift.”

“The spa day for two was a birthday gift for my daughter. I bought it because there was a venue near to where she lives. Ordering was easy and it arrived on time. Good price too! Hopefully she’ll enjoy it!”

“Easy to order via the website. I bought my Husband an Afternoon Tea experience for his birthday. I was able to use a discount code, but even at the normal price it's good value for money. The envelope arrived in good time. We have yet to use the voucher but, going on past experience with Red Letter Day experiences, I'm sure it will be great!”

“Bought an afternoon tea for 4 not noticing it was for a family of 4. Needed to cancel and book 2 vouchers for tea for 2. Contacted Red Letter Days via Live Chat and they sorted it all out for me. Excellent Customer Service from Arjun. The afternoon really at the Townhouse Chester was excellent also with homemade sausage roll and wraps to go with the sandwiches. Cakes were all very tasty even the scone was good.”

“I bought driving lessons for my grandsons 12th birthday I am sure he will enjoy them during school holidays as you can only book weekends and school holidays. The closest is only 10 miles away so not too far.”

“Bought a voucher for the arcelor mittal orbit. I dont think RLD works for this attraction. You cant book through the website, instead you have to email the orbit, but their response time is 24-48 hours or phone, and noone is answering. Seems easier to book direct”

“Soooo….got a red letter day £150 birthday present for a night stay away, couldn’t find anything we liked so decided to pay an extra £200 for a track day, October 2021. Been trying to book something for 8 months and never any availability unless I want to drive a mini around a track for an extra £40. Now changed to another red letter day for an extra £10. Fingers crossed that I actually get to do something. Waste of money Waste of time.”
