“I was given the wrong size for my boots. It’s my first time skiing and I had no knowledge about the gears whatsoever. I was given boots of size 27.5 which hurt my toes really bad during my rental period. Then I switched to another rental and was given a size 29, which fit perfectly.”

Boot fitting is not an exact science so we do encourage you to come back with any feedback in regards to your boots if they were causing you discomfort on your first few runs. “Friendly service when picking up the rentals given the absence of crowds. A little less similey when returning as the store was much more crowded but understandable. Try to avoid peak hours starting from 4-5pm onwards.”

“Rhythm japan was excellent. They had full english speaking staff, easy check out and check in procedures that made rental gear efficient, and the ability to swap out gear at any time during our rental. Overall, we loved Rhythm Niseko!”

“The staff are always friendly and attentive. Rhythm has a large selection of equipment that is either new, or in great condition. The best aspect this trip was that Rhythm has a service desk in our hotel (Hyatt House). When our rental period was up, we were able to drop our rental items off there, saving a trip to their store.”

“A great place to rent quality gear and all the extras, if you need them. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I would have liked a few more options with jacket and pant sizes / fits as I spent my first day wearing uncomfortable stuff, but nothing too bad. Also I had a few issues with some refunds that took several inquiries before one of the senior staff members got me sorted. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you!”
