Rhythm is my love one rental equipment shop at niseko but it will better if the process will quick more

The ski boots and gear are too worn out. My friends And family and I have came across too many mistakes in the past years. Skis not properly adjusted, different boot size etc. We hoped to get newer boots for rental this year by going for premium boots. But useless. I think you really need to brush up your gear. Rhythm Niseko has the most worn out gear i have seen out of all rental places in Japan!

Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to we couldn't meet your expectations. We buy a huge amount of new equipment every year and retire anything we think is too worn out so we are disappointed you didn't like the gear. If you could contact us directly on info@rhythmjapan.com with your details we can check our records to see what equipment you were given and go from there. The vast majority of our gear is no more than 2 winters old but something older may have slipped through the net. Kindest Regards, the team at Rhythm Japan

Very good company they were very helpful getting me the right sized equipment and even got me a bit of a refund when I got injured and had to return my gear 3 days into a 6 day rental. Great attitudes there, the shop is very close to the base of Niseko Annupuri and very convenient. I will get my gear there again next time I go back.

My overall experience was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clear in their advice and instructions. Even my young children understood all that was communicated to us. Equipment was great too. In one case, my youngest found (too late though) out when we started snowboarding, that the wrist guards given to him had 2 left side guards. We should have double checked but it was unfortunate. One suggestion to make to your booking system: the equipment pre-booking details should be made clearer on how many of each equipment type was booked. On the receipt and booking chit, it was not clear whether wrist guards, pants, etc was booked. I believe the category shown was a group category (e.g. I can't remember exactly but something like wrist guards and helmets were grouped in the same category and the staff were not sure what was booked and what wasn't). The booking chit should have exactly all the individual items booked listed down. That makes it easy for everyone to know what is included and what isn't. Thanks for the great experience. I will certainly come back again!

I rented snowboard for the first time and I got boots 2 size bigger than my feet. I didn't know it was too big until I had a terrible first day of snowboarding as I couldn't control my boots and my board. After the first day, I went to change the boots and got the right size so I could snowboard for the second day. I was not happy for the service on the first time as I wasted my full day of first snowboarding. Hope the staffs be more careful of choosing the gear for amatuer as they spend 10 more mins it will mean a lot to the first timer the whole day of experience.

Fitting process was quick and the team were really helpful when we had to change my son’s ski boots the next day. The whole team, including those running Glorious, were fantastic - really friendly and helpful the week we were there. Can’t rate them high enough.

We were initially unhappy that we seemed to have been overcharged, firstly my 12 year-old daughter’s ski equipment rental was charged as adult and we paid the “top up” and secondly we were charged again when we went to Rhythm base to rent her ski attire. We only realised this on the day before we were ti depart. We went to base store again to seek refund. Me and my wife were delighted that your staff supervisor was helpful and patient and eventually refunded excess charges to us, explaining some bugs with your computer systems with new store. Her professionalism made a bad situation much more acceptable. We appreciate all the help. Well done to your team
