“Easy to follow instructions,not in the least bit complicated. Only took minutes and was able to speak to sales team over the phone. Documents arrived 5 days later a bit sooner than I expected. Great service.”

“ON ONLY JUST BECOMING A CUSTOMER WITH YOU I WOULD MAKE A COMMENT RE TELEPHONING AND DID NOT APPRECIATE THE COMMENT ALL OUR LINES ARE BUSY ETC. BUT THIS SEEMS THE NORM NOW WITH ANYTHING RELATING TO A TELEPHONE CALL”

“Very pleased with the price and cover. Received a phone call shortly after using a comparison web site. very pleased with the responce and cover given and decided to take out the insurance policy. Only negative was that extra cover on home and contents not explained in depth.”

“I took out with RIAS a Building and Content Insurance on 8.01.2016. I realised on the same day 8.01.2016 that I made a mistake and I cancelled the policy on the same day . I am waiting to hear from you and to cancel the Direct Debit and for you to repay the £ 29.47 which you have taken from my account. I will pay you the £ 15 which I owe you. I hope I hear from you soon. Helga Wood.”

“No problems with entering data required, but the verification procedure to prove "No Claim discount" years seems unnecessary and longwinded". I am happy with the quote and service generally.”

“Having checked the web site, had decided not to proceed with RIAS on a cost basis. I then received a call from a customer adviser who went through my answers and clarified where I could make savings and still have the cover I required as I had not discovered this information on the web site.”

“I was very satisfied with the savings I made compared to my last insurer. I should add that part of the saving was due to making a lump sum payment rather than monthly direct debits. The interest rate charged by the last insurer was horrendous. Thanks also for good service during my application for insurance.”

“Have previously been a RIAS customer. Things have changed in that new documents are not sent by post, computer online system takes a little getting used to for me as a retired customer. However, all personnel I spoke to were very helpful and keen to assist. Keep up the good work.”
