We have house,and contents cover and also my car insurance with you and I think the amount of cover for each is is very good , but thankfully have not needed to put them to the test and hope we never do.

I already had a policy with you unfortantly to keep that policy would have cost me around six hundred pound I had already researched on the internet the price of a new policy at two hundred and fifty pound. As a customer I do not understand why the difference is so vast I received very good service when I contacted your office and arranged my new policy

My recent problem with my boiler/central heating - an engineer arrived the same (Sunday) but the problem was not fixed until the Friday. This a long time to be without hot water and heat in the winter. Fortunately, my boiler system worked intermittently so I didn't freeze.bb The engineer was pleasant and worked efficiently.

just taken out a buildings and home insurance the process was really simple and easy.I took out my policy as my friend recommended you and not only that you were competitively priced as well for the cover I wanted

Insurance quote good but I resent the telephone operative trying to sell me other products. It is very annoying. DON'T DO IT.

Very help gentleman called Aaron gave me all the relevant information needed in respect of my Mum's (Mrs Hook) policy. Unfortunately we have yet to receive anything confirming the policy etc through the post, having been given the impression details would be posted first class that day. Able to answer my questions - I had done an online quote & with minor amendment the quote was £35 less than my previous insurer's price so we are pleased.

Good price for our insurance but needed 2 names on policy for mortgage lender which RIAS failed to print on documents. Was advised that 2 names were on the policy but not printed? Which leaves us with a problem with our mortgage lender.

i AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH YOUR SERVICE EXCEPT THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN SAID HE WAS TAKING £18.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AS THAT WAS WHAT i HAD TO PAY AND HE TOOK THE FULL AMOUNT. i WOULD ALSO LIKE THE DOCUMENT ASAP REGARDS

Generally good. However despite paying as soon as I received the quote, I subsequently received a letter stating that I had an outstanding balance. This was an annoying blemish on what was otherwise good service.

Completing form online to get car insurance was simple and quick as I had all the information to hand. Only hiccup was lack of detail of information required to prove ' no claims period' hence I have had to resend the information.

I obtained the quote online but then decided I needed to speak to someone to clarify an issue. The person I spoke to was very helpful and explained everything in a clear and consise manner. Overall a good experience
