“Instructions on what to provide for proof of no claims entitlement could be more detailed. When I was asked for further details I was not impressed with the comment that stated what I had provided was upside down, can you not rotate?”

“Excellent service, although some confusion over the advertised free Protected NCD for clients with more than four years claim-free. Now hopefully clarified. The insurance is handled by Ageas, formerly Fortis, a Dutch-Belgian company.”

“2 yaears ago I was withRias and when it came to renewal the premium was increased so I went to Aviva who were more competative now I have come back because the quote was more competative and you lost a years business for the want of giving me a competative renewal quote”
