“A very easy way to renew my insurance with Rias. It took me no longer than 5 minutes to set up my personal account with this company. Unlike other companies with their long winded procedures I felt at ease creating my account which I can overview at anytime.I thoroughly recommend Rias to anyone.”

“Recently purchased car insurance and opted to receive documents electronically. Received e-mail later that day saying to create an account and review and download documents with a rider stating that if I didn't it could invalidate my insurance. Tried to do as instructed but all I kept getting was a notice that either the details submitted were incorrect or the account was already in use. The account could not be in use as I could not create one, and I cannot see if documentation is correct as I cannot get to my documents. I telephoned to be told that this had happened to a few people that same day and was advised that my documents would be posted. I have still not received them and am unable to check if all details are correct.”

“I RECEIVED A POLICY RENEWAL BY POST WHICH WAS INCREASED TO £214 from the previous year , so I reinsured with RIAS through compare the market . Com , and purchased the same policy from RIAS for £163 ! It is about time there was some transparency, and straightforward honesty from insurers when renewing policies . No loyalty was shown , so I will probably change next year”
