I AM QUITE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND FEEL VERY IMPT=RESSED BY THE COURTSEY OF BEING CALLED TO BE REMINDED AND RENEWAL OF MY POLICY OVER THE PHONE.

Spoke to helpful person who asked for relevant information I did not have to hand. He was very patient offering to wait or I could ring back when I was ready; or alternatively I could use your excellent web site. Which is the path I chose in the end and I am pleased to say successfully.

Once again prices have gone up. Incorrect details which put up premium further,despite declaring the correct details. I will be looking online next year to compare prices.

LIKE THE PERSONALISED POLICY "BOOKLET". STAFF HELPFULL on phone. Just don't spoil it all and lose a customer by piling on the renewal prices.

I wonder - - -Was it Gemma I spoke to? If so she was very helpful and I was assured that the cover terms for 16/17 would be exactly the same for me as in 15/16. She went over every aspect of the new policy and I was again happily covered by RIAS as I have been for years

Normally I would enter 'Very Good' as I have had motor insurance for many years through RIAS. However, this year it took me absolutely ages to get through. I tried several times over two days and boy was it irritating to have to listen to the same prolonged 'blurb' each time I called! I was told that the issue was with new registrations but I had not experienced this in previous years. Otherwise, once I did get through, I was very pleased with the level of cover for the price. Oh, and also the call handler was very chatty and pleasant.

I was disappointed that I had to contact RIAS to renew,I was told a letter had been sent but I never got anything from you.I was asked about car insurance which made me annoyed I had car insurance with you for many years when I got the last renewal you had increased the cost by over £100 so I went to saga and got it cheaper than the year before.So being a long standing customer in my case 23 years counts for nothing.
