Went on line fora quote found Rhias was the cheapest for car insurance went through all the information very quick but decided to phone the office as i wanted to speak to a member of staff got through straight away they had all my details and i agreed to take out the insurance staff was very helpfull was very pleased with the service i have also got house insurance and will be getting in touch when the time arises highly recommend,

Very pleased with service and value. I have used RIAS many times in the past but found the last few years or so to be outpriced on quotes. If this is a sample of future business then I will be back.

I found your operator a little pushy, perhaps because he was not aware that at over 80 years old I am not as nimble minded as I once was. Iwas also told that after I had agreed to accept the insurance he said he was transferring me to a further information message. After a long wait nothing happened so I rang off. He also made no mention that arrangement would be by e-mail which I do not want. I e-mailed you and this has now been sorted out and I am awaiting the paper work which will take several days to arrive not leaving me much time to change my mind should I wish to.

Too early to form an opinion. I did ask for the policy to be mailed to me but to date it has not arrived !

Easy to follow instructions,not in the least bit complicated. Only took minutes and was able to speak to sales team over the phone. Documents arrived 5 days later a bit sooner than I expected. Great service.

I found the chap who I spoke very helpful and polite as you know its very difficult to follow the do's and don' when one reads them over the phone would recommend your company thank you Ursula nixon

Easy to use website, helpful advice on the telephone, and straightforward progress to issue of the policy. The premium quoted is competitive compared to any offered by my previous insurer, hence the switch.

Very quick to answer the phone regarding queries. I was told when paying for the policy that I would not need to supply evidence of my NCB however I received a mail 2 days later asking for my NCB from my previous insurer. When these were supplied they were not acceptable (schedule sent). I had to contact my previous insurer for confirmation of my NCB - Still waiting to hear if this has been received.
