“Although I am happy with the insurance cover from RIAS I am disillusioned by the way the premium keeps rising each year. I have never made a claim and I have both car and home insured with RIAS. I would like to see loyal customers like myself benefit by some form of recognition, i.e. a small loyalty discount.”

“overall average customer service(have had better previously) - it would appear that this would depend on the person at the end of the phone - I am unhappy about having to pay £3.95 for a paper copy of my insurance policy details - and recently when I needed to add and additional ailment I was advised that I'd have to pay another £3.95 for the addition. So I decided not to have a paper copy and 4 days later I've yet to receive the email version.”

“The overall service is very good but find it annoying to receive a quote and when question the amount, having spent time approaching other insurers, I am then offeredI a lower sum from Rias, which is acceptable.”

“Phone contact is easily established and staff are helpful . No claims experience to date. Unfortunately recent quote for motor insurace cover was wildly adrift of competition. Will continue to ask for quotations as appropriate.”
