“It was mostly very good. However I had trouble answering the question about locks on external doors. The question specified "5 lever mortice deadlock (or alternative approved by us)" whatever they are. We have 3 point multi-locking on our doors and the two of your staff who discussed this with me both said this was acceptable. The first was the one who organised my cover whose, name I forget, and the second was Kay who I phoned last night to confirm I was OK with these locks. I imagine many people have the 3 point system and I think it should be made clear in your policy and in the question in the on-line application that these locks are acceptable. Paul Sanderson”

“Purchased my car insurance by phone. Communication with insurance adviser was very good. Everything was explained to me and all my questions answered. There was no waiting for an adviser and my insurance documents arrived in the post promptly.”

“Would have been very good if I could have seen my documentation on line. After five attempts and three phone calls. I gave up and contacted RIAS again requesting a paper copy This arrived and the information was all correct Many thanks Mike Hill”
