“I received quick service once I had gone on line for a quote. The person who rang me was very pleasant and sorted out the policy very efficiently. However he said he would post out the policy documents but as yet I still have not received them and I would like them asap so I can check through them. I have paid for the policy in full for the year and this has been acknowledged. So I would appreciate it if you could forward the documents to me.”

“Although those answering phone queries are helpful the constant references to what is found online are tiresome, as is the blank refusal to send anything by post for slower consideration.”

“Purchasing anything on the telephone makes me a little nervous especially when things do not happen as promised. At the conclusion of my transaction I was told that I would be transferred to an automated message which contained more information. Although the line was ringing for some time I did not hear any message. I eventually had to hang up. I called RIAS directly and my call was redirected. I did finally hear the information. otherwise very satisfactory.”

“This is the first year I have used Rias for insurance. Up to now; I believe they give exceptional value, espectially over my previous car insurance provider. I have only experienced one query and this was sorted out without any problems and very quickly.”

“Good price through comparison web site and information easy to understand. It was very quick to send RIAS proof of no claims bonus and previous quotes. However, it is early days and now it depends if I need to use their services over the year, I hope not, that is how I will know if they are any good, but happy so far.”

“Easy to get an on-line quote. Very competitive prices. Standard contents and buildings insurance cover starts at a generous figure so you don't have to worry about calculating the exact rebuilding cost or value of contents. Everything can be done on-line which saves costs and paperwork. Only other way to judge is by making a claim!”

“Call centre personal very helpful but the e-mail sent after purchase of insurance contained the wrong link and code so would never been able access my insurance policy on line. I took the online option so I could store all the documents online. If you to wish to continue as a modern progressive company you to make sure your customers can access the information you send them. I was only able to access my documents after making a phone call to your very helpful call centre. This defeats the object of going down the online route.”
