“the on line service was easy to follow and quick to complete ,the phone service was good and the person part of a team very good and satisfied my requirements for completing my house insurance including a reasonable quote for buildings & contents.”

“Disappointed that your first renewal amount wasn't the best you could do. After many years with you I do not feel that we should have to search the market and only when we have had a better quote are you able to match it. We also have our house contents insurance with you which we would expect to give us better service.”

“Only poor because you failed to let me know about the renewal. I had to contact you a few days before the expiry date. Otherwise I would have been uninsured. That apart, prompt and pleasant service over the telephone.”
