“As I have just taken over the policy from my husband who, died last year, I was shocked that the cost was increased so much. I have been the named driver on this policy for more than 50 years and regular drove the car over those years. I appreciate that I have not been the policyholder before but feel that the 9 year no claims bonus should apply to me as well as my husband.”

“I chose RIAS home insurance because it included protection cover for plumbing, pipes, etc a lot more cheaply than British Gas. We've had to use them twice and the service was courteous and efficint”

“The reason for the VERY POOR is for no other reason than the time it takes for your customer service to answer. E.G. 1st day - 20 Mins and gave up 2nd day - answered after 13 mins 50 seconds Which personally is DISGUSTING way to treat customers I do not think fo one minute you will do ANYTHING about this”

“I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF RIAS HOME INSURANCE AND TWO CARS INSURANCE FOR MANY YEARS. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THE YEARLY INCREASES EVEN IF YOU HAVE NEVER EVER CLAIMED. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.”
