“Packaged delivered was upside down, not according to carton box indication. Some items were slightly damaged. Reported to Robinsons CS and the team had arranged with the manufacturer for the exchange of the damaged items. Although it caused hassle to wait for the exchange and some delays in using the product nevertheless, thank you for the efforts.”

“in terms of: 1. merchandise selection - VERY GOOD 2. user friendliness - VERY good 3. purchase notification: BAD 4. parcel tracking: NO TRACKING OPTION AVAILABLE IN ORDER CONFIRMATION 5. SMS originated from a foreign country telephone number! +1442-333-6162 instead of a local Singapore phone number Your survey questions below... Why isn't there an option that says so”
