“Wrong size . Should have taken 1 size bigger. Usually size 33 trousers fit me but these are too tight. I tried them on only after washing them. Now I have 4 pairs of trousers that I can't wear and I am out of $245.”

“Had to download an app to track delivery, who does that nowadays. During online purchase there was no indication of when my order is expected to arrive, something that many ecommerce platforms have these terms. Delivery time wasn't bad actually, but there was no way to know when I could expect to receive the goods during purchase.”

“The delivery is timely and step by step delivery was well detailed. However I received the purchase with melancholy. When I looked at the Robinsons wrappings, it evokes in me a reminiscing of the past glory of Robinsons. Robinsons is a brand name that holds dearly in the heart of many singaporean. But sad to say , it is now diminishing to just another on line purchasing entity. Many regrets and yearning for its glory return one day.”
