“Quality of product is poor with strong weird smell. Product is not well designed as the main function is not fulfilled. Return is not straightforward and uncertain as the product needs to be sent back to warehouse for checking before refund can be made.”

“Robinson online don’t even deserved 1 star, your online platform is suck and the customer services specialist (Rowena) don't even reply me after I express my disappointment! I made my first order (#0158042) with Robinson, that my worst and nightmare for my online shopping experience! Bought two long sleeves shirt, sent one long shirt only for me and unsealed parcel, look very cheapskate and ugly! Upon I checked, was told the other one out of stock but not updated in system or told by supplier/warehouse! What a best services or reply, what my time to check and find out my missing item! Robinson used to be very good and reputation brand name, but nowadays I don’t think you are still there at this level! If you don’t improve such a lousy services and online platform or your supplier chain, good luck for Robinson future! I’m definitely not shop with Robinson online anymore!”

“I prefer to shop brick and mortar and am usually wary to spend more than $50 on most websites that I have not used but because it's Robinsons, I did not hesitate at all. The product quality and value is good as expected and that is the bar that Robinsons has set over the years in Singapore. However, the delivery was meant to be for a new home where no one yet lived. Within 2 hours I received notification of the delivery of one of my items, the towels (very efficient, but...). I immediately contact customer support to inform customer service through the chat (I believe the person's name was Carolyn). I was pleasantly surprised but yet now, (because it's Robinsons) that a real person came online immediately. I explained the situation to her. First, she was neither correct nor helpful in assisting me to figure out how to resolve the situation for this delivery. She then assured me that I would be contacted regarding the delivery of my second item, the cabinet. I was not contacted and several days later, it was just left outside my flat along the common corridor. I only knew when the delivery man messaged me with a photo of it just outside my door. I only could get to it a few hours later and thankfully it was not stolen but I am not impressed as I expected someone to call me as told and will henceforth shop with caution at Robinsons, what used to be one of my favourite stores when it was at Centrepoint. Overall, it was not as pleasant an experience as it should have been.”

“Robinson online was easy to use with lots of choices. Deliveries were prompt and items were all in order and well-packed. It was over the CNY period so deliveries took longer, but it was not an issue for me.”

“I need/want to change an item because of my own wrong estimation. Chatted with the help desk. The person was very friendly and helpful. She said she'd get back to me shortly and she did. And I was able to change the item to the size I want. Kudos to Carolyn. Thank you so much!”

“Great quality and great prices. So pleased with how all the information for the various products were clearly stated on their website making it easy for me to decide on which product suited my needs best. “I bought two supposedly Hillcrest cotton bedsheets which turned out to be microfibre. I wrote in on same day last week but nobody got back to me . Ref: 58919-1. Description online said the bedsheets r made from cotton but it turns out to be made of microfibre”
