“I need/want to change an item because of my own wrong estimation. Chatted with the help desk. The person was very friendly and helpful. She said she'd get back to me shortly and she did. And I was able to change the item to the size I want. Kudos to Carolyn. Thank you so much!”

“I bought two supposedly Hillcrest cotton bedsheets which turned out to be microfibre. I wrote in on same day last week but nobody got back to me . Ref: 58919-1. Description online said the bedsheets r made from cotton but it turns out to be made of microfibre”
