“I used to get almost everything i wanted from Robinsons physical stores. Bedsheets set especially and other household items cos the quality of items sold at Robinsons was really good and priced well when. there was a promotion. That was then when there was a physical store. Now i hesitate to buy bedsheets from Robs cos I am not sure of the quality. So I will buy only what i know is good and when there is a good promotion cos prices are competitive on other online platforms.”

“We bought 2 sets of Hotel collection bedsheets during the Oct 10-10 sales. To our disappointment, after the sales period Robinsons offer discount code of 20%. Had we known, we would have waited till after the sales. We learn.”

“I had purchased Sudio ETT wireless earphones along with other main purchases. The set delivered was defective and was given a replacement set which was also not in a working condition. I was supposed to use it on an overseas trip but to no avail. I’m currently away and will return in a fortnight’s time. The customer service was unable to get the supplier to contact me to resolve the matter and instead recommended a refund and arrange for the return of the purchase. It was a bad experience.”

“First delivery was fast and was impressed initially. But ordered 2 sets of item and only received 1 set. Had to wait for another delivery. Item was also weirdly packed in 2 shoe boxes separately despite being a set. The next delivery packaging was also messy and cheap. No protective wrap or anything to prevent spillage or such. Good deal though but needs improvement from vendors if item is coming from different vendors.”
