"My senior parents Bought a shed from Rona and paid 600$ for installation. The install was great and the shed is great. However, all the garbage (cardboard, plastic and a double length skid) was left behind. We were told after the fact that there is a disposal fee for the material. That fee was 80$, then 90$ then 95$. No one mentioned this at the time of purchase or while scheduling the install or even during the install. It was just left behind leaving us to try to contact Rona flat figure it out. Customer service is deplorable, leaving us to dispose of this material at a cost to us over a week later when it should have been removed at the time of install, and this fee should have been included in the install like any other reputable company would do."

"Had a storm door installed which did not fit properly. Called the store in Crossiron Calgary and was told by Ashley, install coordinator, that she would speak to installer and get back to me. That was last Friday and now Wednesday evening and still no response. Looks like they are not even calling me back as they have their money so I guess who cares?"

"Ordered cabinet with install from store in Kanata Ontario\r\n\r\nInstaller took incorrect measurements or designer took down wrong\r\n\r\nDelivery showed up in my driveway NO notice co call no email like they said they would\r\n\r\nHad to help delivery guys get pantry in house - too heavy for them\r\nAfter day one installer left cabinets unlevel, not plumb\r\n\r\nAfter day two installer left cabinets unlevel , not plumb,not sure to each other\r\n\r\nUsed cardboard from cabinet packaging and screw box for shim\r\n\r\nDSM said card board is good to use since he saw it on internet... ya ok\r\n\r\nCabinet had only 1 screw holding . Missed stud with other screw\r\n\r\nCabinets not secured to each other\r\n\r\nUsed 1 drawall screw to fix to other cabinet\r\n\r\nDidn't use hole saw for back of cabinet for plumbing stub out\r\n\r\nI can go on."
